How the allowances work
- Text tokens cover both the input and generated response. A conversation or session can use many requests; sessions are not the billing unit.
- A square image uses 1 unit at low quality, 4 at medium, or 16 at high. Portrait and landscape images use twice as many. A standard instructional infographic uses 8 image units plus text tokens.
- Voice input is measured from decoded audio. Spoken replies use the speech-character allowance and also use text tokens. Speech markup counts; Chinese ideographs, Japanese kanji and Korean hanja count twice.
- Limits reset for each paid billing period. There are no automatic overage charges or allowance rollover. A request may need more remaining capacity than its final charge.
Included in the initial release
Jasper chat and studio generation, supported generated images, voice input and spoken replies. Document downloads require your own connected document storage account.
Image editing and variations, video avatars, anonymous AI chat, legacy lesson enhancement and AI analysis, GPT Manager commands, Google lesson translation/audio, premium models and raw token-streaming APIs are not included. Subscription plan switching and annual plans are not offered.
Manage your subscription
Use Account billing to view usage and invoices or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; remaining access ends then. Review the exact recurring amount and any applicable taxes in Stripe before you subscribe.

For billing questions or refund requests, email [email protected]. Include your account email, invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
Canceling stops future renewals at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund charges already paid. Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking account of billing errors, service delivery and usage. There is no automatic seven-day refund offer. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
Purchases sold through Link
For purchases marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe’s Managed Payments service handles the payment. Faraday provides the platform and product support; Link provides receipts and transaction support. Review the recurring amount, currency and applicable tax at checkout.
These purchases are also subject to Link’s terms, including the Sold Through Link terms. Link’s refund policy and applicable legal rights apply; Stripe may determine a qualifying refund. Visit Link payment support for refund information and subscription management. Our policy does not offer an automatic seven-day refund.
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Ordinary cancellation preserves remaining access until the paid period ends. Full refunds, open or lost payment disputes, or deletion of the linked billing customer can stop new paid usage earlier. Partial refunds do not replenish allowances. A won dispute restores only the remaining allowance for the funded period.
