3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Messaging Services

4.1 Opt-In and Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from Faraday AI, LLC for educational purposes. You understand that:

• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• You can reply HELP for assistance
• Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from your agreement to these Terms of Service

4.2 Message Types

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

• Account alerts and notifications
• Educational updates and resources from your child's teacher
• Important school and classroom notifications
• Service notifications related to your child's education

4.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may opt back in by visiting our website or texting START to our number.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARADAY AI, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faraday AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
