Every plan now includes an exact master clock, position-group periods, staff and location ownership, scripted reps, success criteria, situation coverage/carry-forward, workload and contact checks, video assignments, contingencies, and post-practice quality control. Bundles add athlete and assistant notes, roster attendance/evaluation sheets, and a walkthrough deck.

CSV or XLSX, up to 2 MB. Include player_name (or Athlete). Add any sport’s columns, such as goals, saves, kills, race_time, or points_per_game. All columns are kept in the coach packet; leave unknown values blank.
Professional reports preserve a source ledger, data-quality limits, confidence-labeled findings, personnel evidence, situational coverage, open questions, practice translation, video evidence, staff ownership, and a release checklist. Missing information remains unknown.
